Overclockability

Hi Guys,
Heres my config.
Intel E8400 with stock cooler.
Asus P5K motherboard
Transcend DDR2 2x1 GB 800mhz 5-5-5-18
Coolermaster 632s with 2 stock fans (front and rear)
CM600W SMPS

Right now i dont have any extra coolers or such.
But I would like to know what are my overclocking options with stock cooling.
My gfx card 8800GT is factory overclocked.so im gonna leave it the way it is.
1.Is it possible to run my processor at 3.4 Ghz?
2.which is better overclocking for my RAM @1066 mhz 5-5-5-18 or @800mhz 4-4-4-12

you can reach 3.6 ghz easily on stock cooling maybe even more just make sure your cpu temperature doesnt cross 65 degrees at full load.

Also keep the fsb:dram ratio 1:1 and as these are value select rams it would make sense to keep them at 5-5-5-18.

u can increase FSB n push it to 3.6 on stock....jus keep a note on temps as aqua suggested
