In BIOS change ur FSB from 200 to 240 or 250 and reboot.After taht run Pi or 3dmark2006 to put stress on ur cpu if comp does not carsh or restart u can go for higher clock speed also but I would suggest to go for 5mhz increments.
in this board the pci and pci-ex buses cant be unlinked. so if u dont want to screw anything u probably shouldnt go that high that fast. test with 210 and inc by 5 mhz on each step. check stability with orthos after each boot.
