Overclocking Q9550 on ASUS P5Q-Pro

Okay, so I was pmed my many member asking what BIOS settings I;m using for my setup, so I'm posting the screenshot here for their help

My Q9550 is running at 4gz at 1.31875 vcore ( prime and OCCT stabe)

i too need a guide to overclock my Q6600 on P5Q Pro ..

only if you could explain in short a bit about the settings and how you decided the values for the voltages etc. then it would be a lot easier.

Voltage and FSB settings are all trial and error set a target and set a voltage of about 1.4v say if you reach your target and stability tests are successful start lowering the voltage slowly and keep doing stability till the lowest voltage,
