CPU/Mobo p965 vs 650i help me decide

I am getting a new mobo for my new c2d rig. expected proc e4300, ram 2*1gb gkill and other usual stuff. Let me choose between p5b-e or p5n-e sli.

sli is of no use to me. Raid 0 is required. would be overclocking , so please suggest a decent cpu cooler on newegg.

get the thermalright ultra 120 from newegg. its for around 45-50$.

A peace of advise for P5B E.... the old lot version 1.01 only goes upto 2.1 volts on Vdimm... thats the reason I had gone for P5B Dlx as it can go upto 2.45 vdimm.... However the new version of P5B E is going upto 2.2 v on vdimm and thats a sweet spot for memory ocing. So if you can be sure you would get the new lot, I'd say P5B-E is a good buy.
The P5N-E is good only if you want to do SLI, if you only plan on single graphic card, than you should be fine.

I would suggest Gigabyte DS3 if you are not too sure about Asus P5B-E. Else P5N-E SLI is a good board.

I would bet on the Nvidia 650i chipset.

I would say go for the Asus P5N-E board.
