In the SF, the Pak got the rough end of upiring decsisons, but nothing too glaring.

Akmal was adjudged LBW of the inside edge and couple of broder line LBW decisions given not-out when NZ were batting.

But the turning moment was the dropped catch by Younis which he should probably have been able to take with his legs :P

So in your opinion was it fair play or is there any reason to suspect they threw the game ?

Younis went for the upper cup catch, even though the ball was dipping. He looked like he was trying to reduce impact on his fingers. If not for his finger injury, that effort looked awful.

Umpires are probably even more susceptible to alluring fixing offers as they dont earn as much as the players.

Anything is possible, but I would like to think that the game was played in the right spirits.

Given the state of affairs with the Paks, a win would be more interesting than a loss. The overwhelming amount of ppl there would want a win and one suspects would bet in the same manner as well.

A bookie in this situation stands to make a serious killing if instead they lost.

Whatever the case the people are pitting against the team, the Aussie vs Pak match surely was shady.

It was only during the final stage of the match, that the pakis (not the racist word here) realized that if they dont win it now, they ll be suspected of something.

very interesting .poor team performance in semi final blamed on India ..great !
