I meant the pic of converter. I myself use Fintel converter which looks like a splitter. Though it works for my 10 year old cordless perfectly fine but it does misses the CLI information sometimes, showing incomplete no. or no no. at all (rarely)..

check this product, there are two images for white converter, mine is the same. But, I am sure converter is fine....as it works on another phone.

The CLI is intermittent, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't

I've the black one. Its from Fintel. I suppose the problem lies with the phone then. Its not reading the signals properly. Try Panasonic support & see if they can help with any settings.. Use Panasonic USA site..

yeah, seems so the phone has gone bad :/ I think I'll sell of the converter @ ebay.
