Paraskhosla wants me to click "Received" on ebay for GTX260 deal

after buying this card on ebay, he wants me to click on Received though he have entered fake shipping details. now what to do? click on yes on received or should i cancel the deal. i dont know why this person is working this way. i would follow Ebay terms and condition. ive been telling him that i will say only yes to received when i receive the card. i dont know what kind of person he is.

if i say YES to received, he will get the money on Wednesday i.e next remmitance day from today. so its of no use clicking on YES for received and he is not understanding. he is highly insecure that i wont say YES for received after receiving the card. paraskhosla, see my i-trader and ebay ratings. if ever i click on YES on received, u will get money on wednesday if the slot is empty or else u will get money by next friday.
 
i actually dont want him to click anywhere but what i want is that when iam selling a thing that is worth 10k i should get my money 1st and then i send him the card

i have done deals with many people here and on ebay and none had any problems with me

also if u guys think i should send a card which is 10k worth and then wait for him to click yes so that i recieve payment then tell me

also all iam telling him to do is submit the money of our deal in my bank account and then after recieveing the money ill readily ship the card to him coz i know my money is secured

all deals on TE and done like this if iam wrong please correct me

i dont want to create any more confususions btw me and god of war

i know he is a great guy and he would not give me problems

but still i want to secure my money 1st and then only i can despatch my stuff

any comments would be nice

and see iam trusting him thats why i wanan buy i7 and all setup from him

ask him will he send the i7 setup to me without me giving him that money i promised in the above chat?
 
Its better to cancel the deal..

on ebay paisapay system, u only get money after the buyer receives the stuffs. i cant say YES to received. its kind of security. buyers money is secured until he receives the product he bought. that is called PAISAPAY system of Ebay

i wanna ask from others and officials wether i can list the product again on TE or not?
 
If you made the deal on ebay then you should in principal be prepared to follow their rules. You will be paid by ebay once he clicks on Received. So what is the issue. If you were so concerned about someone running away with your money, then why did you list the product on ebay? This is unethical!

Suppose if there was someone from outside of TE who had made the purchase on ebay, he would have complained to ebay about it and your account would be terminated for violation of ebay rules.
 
Well... His reputation says "paraskhosla is mysterious" .. I'd suggest paraskhosla to deal with this matter through Ebay as the OP has already deposited the money with them.

if u guys still think iam wrong ill send the thing to him on saturday as per plan

but all of u will be here to secure me if anything goes wrong after he recieves the thing
 
^^ money is with EBAY PAISAPAY. once i receive the card, i will click on YES RECEIVED and you will get money. whats wrong in that? never seen a sucky dealing before.
 
No one will secure anything to you here on TE. Your card, your deal and your risk. One thing is for certain though. G@d of w@r is a reputed member here. He will in all probability never run away with your money. If you are so scared, then ebay is the way to go. They will pay you once the buyer confirms that he has received the card.

However, I will still repeat my query. Why did you list on ebay if you wanted the money in advance? Were you not aware of ebay rules? They will only release the payment to you once the buyer confirms that he has received the product!
 
If this were a deal on TE, GoW would have paid up first. Since the deal moved over to eBay, both parties should follow the rules as stipulated on that web site.

Exactly my point! It seems that the seller has some ill-intentions! He does not want to understand that the buyer has already authorised the payment and that it now is with ebay! Ship the product. Let the buyer confirm that he has received it and get the money!
 
maybe Paras was unaware abt Ebay fee, sometimes direct dealing is better than ebay, We dont have good 20% 1k coupons anymore, so cant list @ very high prices.
 
I dont understand thy this thread is on feedback forums?

Since its an ebay matter, report it to ebay authorities. however IIRC ebay policy is seller should not contact the buyer directly. that may make things worse for either the seller or both.

Please check that the card is working properly before sending. make a screenshot today and give me pics of card and give me a proof that u have played games for 10 mins.
