payment rejected query

i just did a transaction for shopabroad with my debit card ....the payment gateway took some time then said my transaction is rejected due to some reasons but then i rcvd a sms saying the funds have been transferred from my bank ..so what is to be course of action , adding in the fact that i dont have netbanking on that account to check if the funds have gone or not
 
Confirm with your bank first... A mini statement from ATM to see if it was indeed debited. If it is then call shopabroad with reference no. so that they can check if they have the credit or not..
 
Highly probably that the transaction has happened on your account. Confirm from the banks call center, and ask if they can send you a latest statement. Forward a sanitized screen shot of the same to the vendor -- they should ideally push through your order. Though if you do not want the device, then you will have to convince them for a refund, or follow the site protocols again.
 
this happened with me too, just confirm if money has been deducted from your a/c or not, next contact shopabroad and tell them about they issue, they might asked for a verification that the money has been debited from your a/c. provide them and i guess they will refund the amount.

I encountered the same issue with snapdeal, they refunded the money,but i had to provided verification of my a/c debit

or

email them with the transaction number

money will be refunded in 7 days max

with email 2/3 days
 
The same thing happened to me while i recharged my tatasky account.. it somehow gave me a "transaction failed" error.. But when i checked the account balance of tata sky, it was recharged.. weird..
 
oh well it came back to the bank without me having to do anything ...i just redid the order and it all went fine.. thanks you all
