Paypal Help....

Guys i have a paypal account and i use it judiciously for buying from ebay.com
But being a student i dont have a credit/debit card and i also dont have an external source which can transfer amount from paypal to paypal.
For buying using credit card i ask my brother but he is not ready to link his card with my account.
I want to know how can i get money in my paypal account from some other way or sites??

you can add a vcc and send money through it to buy items.. other ways to get funds in ur paypal is by currency exchange which u can do by visiting the following forums/sites--
