Paypal Limited Access to my Account!!

So, Paypal has limited access to my Account for some stupid reasons best known to them.

I have a Verified Paypal account. I verified it using my Bank Account. I do not have a Credit Card.

I made a purchase of US$ 1.08 on ebay today. No issues.

Now, when I tried making another purchase for TE members, Paypal refused to make payments. :@

I got an email stating this:

Hello Nehal Adsul,
We need your help resolving an issue with your account. To give us time to
work together on this, we've temporarily limited what you can do with your
account until the issue is resolved.
We understand it may be frustrating not to have full access to your PayPal
account. We want to work with you to get your account back to normal as
quickly as possible.
What's the problem?
We've noticed some changes to your usual account activity and need a little
more information from you to help confirm your identity.
Reference Number: PP-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx
How you can help
It's usually pretty easy to take care of things like this. Most of the
time, we just need a little more information about your account or latest
transactions.
To help us with this and to find out what you can and can't do with your
account until the issue is resolved, log in to your account and go to the
Resolution Centre.

When I went to Resolution Centre, they asked me for two things:

1) A copy of a recent Utility Bill - I sent them my recent MTNL Landline Bill.

2) Link and Confirm your Credit Card - Idiots, I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD!! :@

Now, what should I do?? :S

Anyone has any experience with this nonsense from Paypal??
 
Heard many instances of accounts getting limited for no apparent reason. If you've a HDFC or Kotak Mahindra bank account, or any other which allow for creation of VCC, then try verifying the account using VCC, it should work. Hopefully, you do not have any amount stuck in your balance.

^^ Actually, I have about 6$ in my account. But that is not the real issue.

The issue is that I need to buy some things for TE members who have already paid me and I cannot do that till this issue gets resolved. :(

And I heard that the VCC thing is not a Legal way of getting an account verified. If they know about it, I get blocked again... :@
 
Get an Axis bank CC using a Fixed Deposit as security. FDs can be as small as 25k. No income needed for this, no income tax returns need to be shown for this!
 
Me too got my account limited after i had made the payment for my second san Fransisco, not sure why, although the issue is sorted now. This is what i had got in mail

I guess this is because i had linked my paypal account to ebay UK to purchase the phone. I was told to activate my account using verification of my credit card number.
But still am totally unsure why they limited my account. I dont have any paypal money in my account and my payments directly happen through my ICICI Bank credit card which is linked to my paypal account.

I can pay for that...After they unblock it u can transfer money to my paypal..!!

You can get one from SBI too with a FD of only 10k.

@nehaladsul - Try calling PayPal on phone or send a mail explaining that you don't have a CC and have already verified the account with your bank account.

Thanx Vivek... It's sorted out... Had sent them scanned copies of my PAN Card and Driving License... :yahoo:
