PC Budget @ 19K

Hello,
Guys I need a bit of help in deciding some of the components for pc.
his budget is about 19k
here are some of the specs that I have chosen if you think that there is a better alternative please suggest it.

Processor AMD Athlon II X2 240 @ 2700
Motherboard Biostar TA785GE128MB @ 4000
RAM Kingston Value 2GB ddr2 @ 1950
UPS Tech-COM 450 watts @ 1250
Cabinet iBall with 450watt smps @ 1200
Monitor Benq 17" LCD @ 5200
HDD Samsung 320 GB @ 1950
Keyboard Logitech combo @ 600
Sound Logitech 2.1 @ 450
The Total comes to 19.3K
so what should I include in it or change if possible.

Biostar TA785G3 AM3 DDR3 Mobo does have 128MB DDR3 sidport
In Biostar AMD mobo 7xxG series T stands for side port memory.

dont think about side port memory increase graphics memory in your bios thats it.And go for above mention ddr3 board.

i have a q? to people above where to get 2gb ddr3 for Rs.2200.In Chandigarh min price for ddr3 is Rs.3100.i like shopping at my local market not on internet.
