PC build on Lamington road Mumbai

I got to know about this shop on lamington road near RBL Bank. The shop's name is "The Xtreme Solutions". They are offering a good deal for my configuration(7-8k less)

I am a bit concerned about if they are legit or scam. Has anyone bought a PC from this shop?

Seems to be good although I dont know them or heard in TE or Digit but check with others as well in Lamington Road. Take the Quotation and show it other shops and ask for a discount. This is how you can get best prices.

Well they are giving the best price. I want to know if they are legit or not I don't want to get scammed.. plus I do not live in Mumbai.. that is why I m bit concerned if they sell genuine products and also the after sale service

If you do not live in Mumbai then its better to go with well known shops in Lamington Road or order from PCStudio, EliteHubs, Vedantcomputers, MDcomputers, ITDepot, Vishal Peripherals by using their respective websites. please order from 1 vendor only most parts if they are not giving best prices for all parts then buy from 2 vendors. I bought in 2019 for 1.2klacs AM4 Gaming PC from vedantcomputers, mdcomputers & primeabgb. All 3 delivered the parts in good bubble wrapped boxes. Now primeabgb already sent me back 2019 bought Antec 750w Gold PSU replacement and is in transit. This Antec unitwas imported by them from Taiwan thats why RPTech India refused to take it for RMA but told me to send a mail to primeabgb and within a day they called me and asked me to send the Invoice to them to confirm and next day again called me to send the PSU nicely packed in its orginal box while I need to pay for the return courier charges they said and I agreed.

I also bought a Cougar MX 410 G-RGB ATX cabinet from primeabgb but primeabgb but its side panel broke and for extra side panel they asked me to pay 1500 including courier charges to Gigabyte India RMA Head in Delhi and I paid him and he sent me the replacement panel.

Similarly I got replacements from Vedantcomputers & MDComputers regarding my 2019 purchase. Primeabgb is somewhat costly than all others but their after market service is impeccable. They respond immediately via mail or phone. Simialrly the other 2.

Haven't purchased from Lamington Road in person for over a decade, but I used to pick up components from any shop that had a specific part cheaper than the other and never had any issue. Some begrudgingly price match as well if you show them the quote from another shop. When PrimeABGB was new back in the day, one shop even got them to deliver the items to their shop as per the quote I had received from them.

This shop seems to have a 4.9 rating on Google, so seems good enough even if half the reviews are genuine.
