Build seems fine. Don't forget to get some RAM as well.
I'd avoid zebronics as my experience with their products has been bad (consider Asus/MSI/Gigabyte instead).
Same with the psu, avoid cheap generic ones (consider corsair/antec)

You should avoid zebronics mother board and go for gigabyte ones avoid cheap psu if you value your pc components life also you can get mother board and psu used one for cheap

Considering this is intended as a gaming rig , a 3470 is pretty weak. It will be easily bottlenecked. i recommend an i7 of the same generation which are still somewhat usable for current gaming.

But , if you do intend to play older titles - more power to you!
