If you wanna save some 500 bucks then buy the msi hd6850 vanilla version but I would advice you to buy the cyclone PE as it performs very well and comes close to HD6870 performance level...

And you can buy all the components that I've suggested above from smc which is located in Nehru place...

^^

For AMD based RIG wait for another two months. The FX series comes then (BullDozer and Zambezi), hopefully the architecture shift will beat the pulp out of current Intel line-up. And then we'll have another AMD spell (like in the Athlonx2 era between 2002-06) where Intel's Pentium Net-Burst architecture was demolished by AMD K 8 dual-core architecture.

Hope this helps.

See the TE PC buying guide for AMD based pcs.

In my opinion, go buy the pc now if u have the requirement and you are happy going on with the pc u have now for some more time. Waiting for the next gen cpus/gpus which are due only 2 months later is just stupid. Thatsy just my opinion, though. If you want the latest tech, and keep waiting for it, you'd be waiting forever.

i can wait till june. not more than that. any idea on the pricing of BD?

and how is 1090T compared to i5 2500? in terms of gameing. any real time diffrence?

2500 and 2500K are essentially the same. The 'K' series has an unlocked multiplier and so can be OCed (Using the P67)

So if you are going to OC then go with 2500K and P67 mobo (Cheapest is ~9k). Else the H67/H61 and the non-K 2500.

Performance of both the proccies is exactly the same.
