I have a PC running Windows XP Home Edition
It dosen't have a CD ROM drive.
I have an external CD Writer.
Can I connect the external CD writer to the PC and use
it as a CD ROM drive to install software from a CD?
How do i do this? Can you please outline the proceedure?
