Antec SMPS are easily available in Bangalore. I bought one for my friend when he purchased a GTX 560, bought the latter.
In the case of the Earthwatts, they power 2 other friends RIGs and are quite good.
On a personal note I've never bought a Seasonic unit personally. Have tried Corsair VX for my friends, Cooler Master Real Power Pro for myself and Silent Pro M for a friend who had a Cooler Master eLite 430 and wanted to stuff a HD 6970 in it, managed somehow.
