Well, you can't do much in another 5k, but you have the following options:
  • Add a GPU, 6770 @ 6.4k which will handle all your mild to medium gaming tasks.
  • Upgrade your mobo to a H67 chipset based MB. You get- SATA 3.0 6gbps ports, USB 3.0 ports & QuickSync supported.
  • Swap your CPU by i3-21xx, but won't really benefit.

QS is not mobo dependent but CPU dependent. G620 does not have QS support.

Get a cheap GPU also.

Another option that is viable is AMD Llano. Its more than enough for your needs with the occasional game thrown in.

Obviously QS is a CPU specific feature, but mobo also has to support it. H61 & P67 doesn't supports it, while H67 and Z68 supports it.

And yeah Llano is also a feasible option, but since he didn't mentioned about even mild gaming tasks, so I refrained from suggesting Llano based config.

Actually, H61 does support QS since it is entirely CPU dependent according to Anandtech. As song as you are using the onboard GPU, you have access to QS, Irrespective of the chipset.

@OP, Regarding Llano, unless you want to play some games, there is no need to go for it.

Another option, if you dont mind getting 2nd hand hardware is that there are 2 PC's fully decked from @chiragsthakur. You will get an i5 2400 with H61, 1TB HDD, a 5670 GPU, 4GB RAM, along with a 20" monitor. However, for mumbai buyers only. It should be in the range of ~25K and had 2 yrs warranty left on all.

If you arent considering second hand option, then Juggas recommendation is good enough.
