NZXT Gamma ~2600/- [buy it stock for now, later add fans for a good airflow setup]
Dell ST2220L ~8500/- [the default schemes have a bluish tinge to them, but calibration should solve the issue]
APC BR650-IN ~2600/-

AMD RIG --
AMD FX-6100 OR FX-8120 ~8100/- OR 9500/-
ASUS M5A97 ~6500/-

Your other option for cabinet is the --

NZXT Source Elite 210 ~2200/- [anything below this is a compromise I feel]
for RAM scale back to Corsair ValueRAM 4GB x2 ~2500/- [these are 1333MHz kits]
