I am afraid if the black magic card or software doesn't support the AMD,then all my hard earned money will be wasted. Reputation will be spoiled with my partners.
Other than that I don't have any issues with AMD.
 
You can easily get i7 within your budget,get it with eyes closed - it has no competition and really would handy for your work :)

Ot post: I think I saw that vmix logo on zee news channel in upper right hand corner.

In the above setup you could add additional 8 gb ram for 5k more I guess. If its video production work, more ram will always benefit a high end CPU.
