CPU/Mobo pc not booting did everything

my friends pc is not starting its an amd x3 and asus m2n mobo, suddenly sme days earlier it did not start and then the whole process started even an computer tech guy came to check he told mobo is gone (check it with rashi no probs) then he said might be smps (checked it with circle service center nothing wrong) did every f***king thing but smetimes it starts but rarely.

now i dint consider ram or hdd cause even if this things are not their it still boots

plzz tell me wat do

sorry i can tell anything about the beeps cause my speakers in the case are bad so i hear no beeps even if its working

its raining dude. may be moisture might have caught the mobo. It happens.

or something is shortening he system in the case.

disassemble the mobo and keep it outside on a papersheet on a wooden table. Short your bios jumper. Insert ram in its slot, use the onboard vga if available & keyboard bt no harddisk this time yet. And finally plus the smps. Post the results though it will start.
