Hi, a friend has asked me to build a good, future proof RIG, plz help me out to get best config for him.
Q: What is your budget?
Rs.24k(+2K if needed)
Q: What is your existing hardware configuration (component name - component brand and model)

Q: Which hardware will you be keeping (component name - component brand and model)

Q: Which hardware component are you looking to buy (component name). If you have already decided on a configuration then please mention the (component brand and model) as well, this will help us in fine tuning your requirement.
CPU - AMD (preferabbly X4 not into unlocking cant get that lucky!)
Motherboard - Gigabyte or MSI (NO Biostar, Asus or any less known n untested Brand)
GPU - Onboard GPU for now (Though i can increase budget by rs.6k if there is any future proof GPU available for that price).
RAM - 4GB DDR3 Kit 1333Mhz or more.
Monitor - 22-24" LED MONITOR (Samsung, LG, ACER, BENQ)
Cabinet - Not Decided on it so plz guide me on that (dont want a very very high end model).
PSU - Not decided, but since i might upgrade to High END GPU later suggest a Future Proof PSU.
Hard Disk - Seagate or WD 1TB SATA (plz help me with selecting best performing and less failure risk HDD, Seagate very good at RMA but risk high fail rate, WD RMA not yet expreinced but less fail rate.)
Keyboard/Mouse - Preferrably wired, not very high end maybe within 1k.
Q: Is this going to be your final configuration or you would be adding/upgrading a component in near future. If yes then please mention when and which component

Q: Where will you buy this hardware? (Online/City/TE Dealer)
Mumbai, Lamington Road, plz suggest some good stores for buying.
Q: Would you consider buying a second hand hardware from the TE market
