Take a log file if all the applications running from 10:25 using HiJackThis and see what all applications are running

What exactly was the problem with KMPlayer ? Weird that KMPlayer was causing a problem like that heard it for the first time.

Preferences -> "General" -> Repeat/Playlist -> Under etc menu the last option for shutting down at the specified time. There's also an option to turn off once your audio/video files are done playing in the same menu...
