Since the OP doesnt need an ODD - Discount that

430 Is a great case but then when you can get better H/W - you could go with an Elite 310 ~1.5k

-0.9k + 0.7k = 1.6K add that to the PSU budget - you get a Corsair 450VX ~3.5k

^That will be a pretty good investment IMO. Thus atm the build cost would be ~21k (excluding UPS) A good 500VA APC UPS would cost approx 2k (Numeric will be ~1.5k)

The 880GM-UD2H doesnt have SATA 3 or USB3.0 ports. THE 880GMA-UD2H ~ 4.8k has these ports.

Does it 310 has good airflow ?

If we go with XTM config can we get 5450hd 512mb ? So it will cut down price

I select amma or CM elite 430 coz of good airflow option

I select X3 over x4 coz frd won't hit pc that high

@OP get the Asus or Gigabyte mobo. (Asus hols a slight edge due to the 760G, HT 3.,0 vs Giga's 740G, HT 1.0)

stick to the AthlonII X3 440. It unlocks to Quad Athlon. (high success rate)

For GPU get a Sapphire 512MB/ 1GB DDR3 HD4670 ~ 3.8k-4k. Its much better for games than the HD5450. The 512MB version of Sapphire HD5670 was selling for ~4.6k-4.8k but seems to be out of stock everywhere. The cheapest HD5670 is the HIS IceQ 512MB GDDR5 for 5k

Yes. It has descent airflow. VFM.

Then, go with AthlonII X3 440 @ 3.3k. As said by DarkAngel, it has good success rate of unlocking.

Also, see if you can get the 512MB DDR5 HD5670 @ 4.5k. If not, then grab HIS IceQ 512MB GDDR5 @ 5k from PurnamTech, if you can afford. 3 years warranty. VFM.

Otherwise, if you're low on budget then as suggested by DarkAngel get Sapphire 1GB DDR3 HD4670 @ 4k.

As u said ur friend wud upgrade this rig in the future thats y i suggested 2Gb RAM... And scrimping on components like CPU, Mobo, PSU and Cabinet wont b a good choice... Scrimp on something which u can easily upgrade later like RAM...

Suggested 880GMA-UD2H coz this mobo will make ur rig a bit futureproof as it has Sata6+USB3... And the Asus mobo that u r thinking to buy can only support a 95w CPU... So it wont b a good choice IMo...
