PC upgrade advice

Please suggest a Graphics Card, LCD Monitor(prefer 20 inch), RAM and PSU. Budget is 20-22K.
My current rig is:
MotherBoard: AZUS M2N-MX Geforce 6100

Processor: AMD ATHLON X2 4600+ AM2

SMPS: Mercury 300W Power Supply Unit KOB AP4300XA

RAM: 1GB Transcend

OS: Windows 7
System is mainly used for games like CODMW2, Crysis, Farcry 2 etc with normal resolution.

My advice is :

Samsung 20" 7.5k

Radeon 4770 6.5 k

2 GB RAM: 2.5k

PSU VX 450 : 3.5k
but he wants a second opinion

Good choice but you can get a Benq 22" G2220HD for 7.5-8k~ If 20" then you can get a Dell S2009w ~ 6.5k/ Samsung 2033SW ~7k

Also chk the dealers paradise. TheItwares has a offer on Seasonic S12II 430w and sells it for 3k only.
