And what's wrong with it? Unless the buyer is also just as new as you are. Which then I would understand lol.
Never said anything is wrong I’m just not comfortable with it, I’m all up for local sale, even do all the tests or whatever you want but nah dont want any payment lags.

Well you are new with no reputation here which is probably why the buyer wants to pay only half in advance. Once you have build trust everyone will pay you full in advance.
Anyway I shouldn't say more because it's not my thread nor I'm looking to buy anything. GLWS

p.s. pics with PC lights on and monitor showing display tests with your name/date paper in front would do wonders. Saves you the headache of things turning out bad if a components gets damaged during shipping (if/when you go that route).

Thanks brother, i will before finalising the sale for monitor (which is after pc gets sold because im currently using it).
And i get that stuff about not paying in full, Its reasonable. I just dont want to go that way. Hence a local sale is preferred, both the buyer and me will be satisfied.
