For ram try 4gb x2. The difference is minimal. There is an offer is think where a 4gb stick costs around 1.3k.

If you are just buying that case for USB3 then let me tell you that if the motherboard that you are buying doesn't have USB3 header then the front USB3 ports of source would be of no use...
