Ps5 will launch in feb around 50k. If you want exclusive of Sony then ps5 is the only option. Else pc is better choice for multitasking.

One should also factor in the price for games too. It can be too expensive to maintain a good library of games and might eventually cost more that what you paid for your console/pc.

Both are viable options for gaming. Comes down to convenience. PC can be infinitely inconvenient to get up and running, maintain. Console is easier, but can be expensive in the long run. Really, you want a hassle free experience? go console.
