I am looking to buy donor board for my nearly dead WD 2tb hdd. The pcb board looks like above.

Will update this post with more details soon.
( Right now I am tired as I tried everything I could think of to make hdd work on usual original ntfs format.
So, I was thinking what would happen if I change the pcb will I be able to use it without formatting to ext4. )
 
Swapping pcb alone won't work, you will need to take out BIOS from old pcb and put it in the new one. Your best option for pcb is eBay.
