Windows PDF reader for lengthy reading session ?

i use aquile as my ebook reader, its awesome, but its doesnt support any other format
I'm retracting my above comment.
Aquile did something in back end,.. now ads all over places, inside ebook, below the library.. every where !
its just ads ads and ads. since ads are blocked at my end all i see is HUGE black empty blocks which says "ads"... covering 20-25% of the screen all the time,
The developer seems to turn out as scammer. People who purchased lifetime now have don't have license. and the solo developer is MIA, not responding to mail, or in reedit.

tried this. pro version so far so good. free was giving me headache like popup to upgrade every 10 minute or so.

The craziest thing about windows is that it does not have a native pdf reading software....
Anyways if you look into macOS, this is what they have.
we cant compare mac with M$. . these guys know how to build an entire ecosystem of software and benefit form it.. if we look back and see how anti-virus software ecosystem was.
in mac we dont need any software to open and edit day to day files, preview, pages, keynote, etc and all extremely polished app.
and there is nothing close to their book app in this universe.

I have used the free version and found it to be good enough for light reading like just 1-2 pages here and there. More like EPUB opening app.

₹4000 for a Reader app is quite steep IMO.
