Storage Solutions Pendrive prices gone up ?

classmate in college brought 512GB pendrive fron SG...was very proudly smug...

nothing above 4GB could be stored widout data corruption...so fake one...

was totally self pwned.
 
Search on the Net, there are so many posts on people being conned by crooks selling fake 32GB Kingston Pen Drives for 500 bucks, and later the buyer found out that it does not hold even 4 GB.

If the price is too low, then its too good to be true.

Last I enquired, a Kingston 2 GB was going for 300. Will have to check again.
 
Prices have certainly gone up, bucking the general trend in hardware prices.

Bought my 8GB Corsair Voyager for Rs 750/- in Jan. Didn't imagine prices would go up.
