As per Samsung 80gb test screen shot there is 1 Surface Bad Sector, you need to mentioned in listing too.

any idea how much power the FX 5500 consumes at idle.

need it for my download rig ,to use it to connect it to my hd tv through a hdmi convertor.
 
no idea mate but it should consume less than 40W since it lacks any kind of additional power connectors.

btw i found the stock fan but can't check if its working since i sold my motherboard and other components :(
