I had used ~25% of the 3rd perfume. It was a perfume I had not used earlier (Terre D Hermes) and I didn't know what the original smelled like and was under the impression that it was the real deal, until i tested the real perfume.
I used the same logic as artattak with RIv but he said it wasn't possible.
Honestly, right now I'll be happy booking a loss and getting back whatever I can. Between buying the perfumes, evaluating whether the perfumes were real on receiving them, deciding to return them, actually having to ship them back (this was a lot more pianful than most would expect), constantly communicating with riv on the refunds and now actually waiting for the refund: this whole ordeal is not worth my time and effort.

I have my tight job to do and can't save your number and call you each and everyday.
I thought it would come to a solution.

on 22nd oct. you promised me that within next four days you will process my refund. That was the last response from your side despite sending at least 6-7 mails and PMs to you. I hope i am in your list of 3-4 persons whose refund you agreed are still pending. The best thing you can do to assure the members is to give the names whose refunds are still pending.

Rivunited, this is not fair. We have told you how to keep the conversation transparent here. Can you browse back, and input all details which have been requested. A lot of people are waiting for money, and we understand that it is difficult for you. Just help us out too.
Yes, you are correct. I am going to return it because it has lost the projection. I have original sample to compare, so there is no doubt about it. These pictures are for Rivunited to show that the perfume is rarely used and qualify for a refund. This was the last bottle from Rivunited that I kept with me. Now I have already decided to chase down him to get all the refunds.
Rivunited PMed me that he will start refunding one bottle for randomly one person per week starting from Dec 15th. But he still needs to mention a complete plan here in this thread with all the details as the Mod has asked. I agree with Mod that it will maintain transparency and I am sure that Rivunited will do it in the same way to recover his credibility.
And we're back to silence again...what will it take to get this fellow to commit to a timeline?
