Now the claim status shows "Claim XXXXXX no has been approved. Payment is under process."

So now I guess I should be getting the payment soon in my bank a/c.

Hello Everybody....

Finally on 24th Aug 2012 I received my PF full payment in 2 parts. It took 47 days to be precise.

Thanks everyone for their suggestions. TE is the place to hangout...Cheers.

i left my company after 6 months and submitted forms to my company after 2 months, 3 weeks ago. Their helpline says received form but no update and also no sms from pf office regarding if forms have reached them so i know they havent done anything for the past 3 weeks. Its frustrating as my company pf office is in karnataka and i live in gurgaon. my uan does have my pan, aadhar , bank details there in kyc section. Anyway i can directly submit forms to pf office without need of employer ? i just need my money quick as company helpline is saying it takes upto 3 months to withdraw. the regional pg office i checked has made their mandatory disclosure where 90% settlements take upto 10 days and i should get it quick as my forms were all ok with all documents. any pf experts ?

If you have UAN and both accounts are linked, then you can raise transfer claim online by yourself. Note that if you want to collect the money instead of transferring, it would be taxable if you have not completed 5 years.

i have already said i don't want transfer but a withdrawal to my bank account. Yeah i know about TDS but my account was for 11 months only and has under 30k which is exempt from any tax.

So then you are out of luck. There is no easy way to do it, only transfers are easy. Withdrawal requires you to submit a form to the PF office, though you don't need employer's attestation, if you know the UAN

link says my employer needs to have set my exit date but i cant see it on portal to be updated as shown in screenshot. might as well try anyway , will fill that form the link says and courier to pf office. Duuno why online withdrawal taking so many years as when i called the regional office in karnataka the person who picked neither spoke english or hindi. This should happen in digital india as it will benefit crores of people.

after 20 days of sending forms to pf office they saying we cant do withdraw using new method as you have 2 pf account in UAN even though i have transferred money to recent one long back. whats the point of new uan based form if one cant use it unless on first job. I raised complain regarding it on their grievance portal and also sent mails to all pf commissioners and asst. ones email ids. lets see what i get back in response.
