ECS last week announced a new SIMA card that transforms the socket 775 PF88 Extreme Hybrid into a Pentium M motherboard. The I9S adaptor includes a SiS649 north bridge, a socket 479 and two DIMM sockets for up to 2 GB of DDR400 memory. The PF88 version 1.1, based on SiS656 chipset and SiS965 south bridge, features two PCI-E x16 slots, 1 PCI-E x1 slot, three PCI slots, one Ultra DMA 133 port, six Serial ATA II ports, eight USB 2.0 ports, FireWire, eight-channel audio and Gigabit Ethernet.

Edit : Nvm, its a 478 Based converter.

So turns your Sockey 478 Board into a 479 Base :/. Nice.

Not all boards. CT-479 is compatible with a select few ASUS mobos only!
