Philips 5530 or Sony DZ 640

Thinking of getting either of them . Getting philips one for 13k and sony one for 16k ,Hows it? Main usage will be listening to music and movies and budget is around 15-16k.

I would advice to go with philips as an very satisfied philips user. In DVD HTiB, Philips is best in terms of performance, features & UI.
