I am selling My Philips SHP 9000 Headphones. It has great pure balanced sound is light as any headphones could be.

The Philips SHP9000 is the ultimate high definition headphones delivering highly detailed sound image. It needs a decent amp, atleast E5 for true performance as this is bit hard to drive directly from a phone/pmp. Once setup correctly, the sound is blissful, yet balanced.

Got this headphone from another TE member a few days back. I got this mainly for testing.

Reason for sale: Already have an SHP 8900 and a JVC HA RX-900. Selling this because it has similar sound of that of the SHP 8900, maybe a bit more detailed and is lot more comfortable and light weight than the 8900. SHP 8900 cant be sold because of some physical damages it has undergone. Also in need of urgent cash.

Shipping this thing is a pita. The box weight over 1KG, and shipping will take atleast 200 to 250 bucks as its really huge.

This is a very good headphone. I already own one and was keen to buy one more for future replacements as Philips has decided to move out of electronic consumer market. But I bought Audio Technica AD700 some weeks back. Otherwise I would have bought it.

I also got one SHP9000 (with original box and everything) and I am willing to sell. I bought it some 5 months ago but hardly used it as I bought AT 700 HP. PM me. I may prefer self collect in Delhi.
