I am looking to get a basic phone for use at home. Currently the phone used in home is Sony Erricson K220i whose battery has gone dead. The new (Original) battery costs nearly Rs.700/- (BST - 37) so I think it would be better if I get a new phone. Pls comment on it and tell if you can find this battery in lower prices.
Budget for new phone- Upto Rs 2500 ( The lower the better).
Brand Preference- Prefer the main stream brands but would like to try out the Micromax or Karbonn or something else if those are good enough.
Features - Farely good screen at least 2.0', Farely durable.

1. Q: Budget?

2. Q: Preferred Form Factor(flip, bar, slider)?
A: Bar
3. Q: Preferred display type?
A: TFT
4. Q: Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.
A: Sony or LG
5. Q: Preferred input method (Touchscreen, QWERTY, etc.)?
A: Normal keypad
6. Q: Camera required or not? If required, please specify type like front camera/flash/etc.
A: Not necessary.
7. Q: Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc).
A: Normal (any)
8. Q: Preferred connectivity options? (3G, Wifi, Edge etc).
A: Bluetooth.
9. Q: What is your intended use for this phone(internet, camera, multimedia, mails, etc)?
A: Calling, SMSing and internet.
10. Q: Any other requirements?
A: Don't mind dual sim.
11. Q: If you have already considered a phone then please mention the model.
A: None
