-Around 15,000rs., can stretch little bit for right peak!

A: Well compitible for V-Chat, Video recording & Photo shoot.

A: 3G & Wifi.

A: Internet, entertainment, multimedia. Impressive look to impress daughter, any days!

Dual sim, micro SD slot, high quality picture/movie, fast browising even on wi-fi.

You won't get any HD display phones from the brand you mentioned until ur budget crosses 20k mark as per the indian pricing is concerned. And no iphone either until u want used one....
some decent options u have

Xperia Sola, Xperia L maybe(if u wait)
Samsung Galaxy Advance
Optimus L9(qHD display)

Xperia Ion was on sale in HS18 super deals for 17k. Check if its still active. Its just a slightly bigger xperia S. So you can get a good phone in that budget in India with warranty.

I visited street electronic market near mustufa center, singapore. Unless higher model like S3, Xperia X, BB X series, the other range phone price tage is near to indian tag. This not carry warrantee too. I drop my idea to buy from there.

Now searching in India ....
Reading Abhishek, should HD model can be consider in Micromax or Karbonn with my specs and budget?
