I use a galaxy S. The other day I lost my phone and I tried calling from my friend's phone. It rang once (on my frnd's phone I heard the ringing) and in a moment it hung up like someone cancelled the call. Finally when I did find my phone there was no missed call alert. How come did that happen? Since it rang only once I could understand how I did not hear the bell on my phone but still shouldn't it show the alert?
All OS phone rings from callers end but no missed call alert on my phone.

I think it's a problem with my friends phone. He just messaged me the same thing happend when he called someone else. He uses Docomo and it usually has low reception in our area. Not sure if that's the problem , though.
