Photoshop tutorials site?

Hi, does anyone know of sites where I can find tutorials on photoshop?

I know there are lots of previous threads on this (and some have provided useful results) but what I want is not for manipulation but rather photographic effects - i.e. how to apply filters to digital photos, do post processing, filters of various effects, Sin City style effects (only red shows up while everything else is black and white) etc.

In otherwords, pure photography based tutorials. I have no interest in morphing, changing a model's assets, cutting and pasting heads or manipulating weird logos/siggies/text etc.
