Depends on what your primary GPU is. If it is an nvidia GPU, you don't need a dedicated PhysX card. Most current gen. nvidia GPUs are capable of handling physx by themselves. OTOH, if your primary GPU is an AMD card, get a basic nvidia GPU such as the GT430 or even an older GPU no later than the 8 series (G92 i.e.) . That will take care of the physx calculations just fine.
