...i have to remove it from mobo to take a pic.I am using this card .so I am posting the ^^^ pics :)

I am using that card now...that's y i posted the above pics...ill post new one with my TE id and date today
 
yes, it does. It has an separate video input and for audio you can directly connect your speakers/amp to the set-top-box.

i have a cable tv connection(analogue)

i dont know much about DTH...it has a s video ,,composite,,and cable option
