Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare is a 3D third-person shooter built on the FrostBite 3 engine, which is used in the highly popular Battlefield games. It's a multiplayer shooter where you fight as plants against waves and waves of zombies. That's freaking awesome!

Are you sure? I think I read somewhere that after the inital XBone release the PC version will release later.

The game will be headed exclusively to the Xbox One and the Xbox 360 at launch sometime in the spring next year. However, it’ll be making its way to the PC and other platforms afterward.
