Hey,
I have sold a couple of PS3's (mine and my friend's) and also bought 2 of them, from TE and from Gaming Indians, so you can vouch for my advice.
1. Market your products properly. Anyone reading your thread cannot make out what comes with the PS3.
2. Give accurate details. PS3 is a large invest and people like to make informed decisions. 4-5 months warranty detail is no good.
So ideally it should read like this:
PS3 40GB PAL with 5 months Indian Official Warranty
Exact date of purchase: 15th March 2009
Condition: Excellent
Standard Bundled Accessories with Retail Package
1 Six Axis Controller
1 USB Cable
1 A/V Cable
1 Power Chord
Additional bundled Accessories
Remote : Worth xxx Rupees
Optical Cable: Worth xxxx Rupees
Games: 1. Motorstorm
2. Killzone
Total Bundle Price: xxxxxxx

My advice: Your price is too high
1. Off ebay or even local sellers you can get a Killzone PS3 Bundle with Dual Shock 3 Controller and 80 Gig HDD for 23k with 1 full year Indian Official Warranty
Ideal Approach:
1. Sell the PS3 seperately. Ideal price would be 15k
2. Sell the games and remote and optical cable seperately.
Always keep in mind that people wouldnt want to buy the remote, he might think, I can easily do without it. whereas some who watches a lot of movies off the ps3 would be interested in the remote. Go to Gaming Indians........u need a 50 post count to post there. catch hold of a friend there and list the products seperately. You will see that games and the accessories and even the console will be sold pretty quickly if priced correctly.
I recently bought a 40GB PS3 from GI
The console was:
1. 8 months old, bought from thailand
2. 40GB NTSC J with 1 six axis
3. Bundled an additional dual shock 3.
4. Shipped from Mysore to Mumbai
for 12k all inclusive. He paid 1300 bucks for shipping through bluedart, so ideally he got 10700 for the bundle above.
Best of luck.
