Had tick-tick noise and format issues on 400GB HDD, gave it to Seagate Chennai center on 10th August
After a week, when i called up their service center, I was told that 400GB is out of stock and hence there will be a delay in replacement
I emailed to below contacts explaining the situtation
and
I had immediate response and within 2 days I was given a new 500GB HDD as replacement
Really happy for the prompt response and excellent service by Accell Frontline people :hap2:
