Budget 31-40k Please Advise - PC Upgrade for heavy Visual FX .

I am looking to upgrade Motherboard / Graphics Card / SMPS of my current PC.

The components are as follows.

Processor - Intel i7 2600K @3.4Ghz
Motherboard - Asus P8H67-M Pro Motherboard
RAM - Corsair DDR3 16GB RAM
Graphics Unit - Sapphire ATI FirePro v4800 Graphic Card
Cabinet - Cooler Master 690 II Advance
SMPS - Corsair C*600 SMPS

Would appreciate your help... The PC will be used for softwares like Nuke / Houdini / MAYA / Realflow.

Everything is fine except motherboard. A Z77 board will allow you to overclock the CPU. Get Asus P8Z77 VLX. For GPU, I don't have much idea about workstation cards. It would be better if you mention the actual softwares you'll be using to determine if a Quadro will be better or a Firepro (CUDA vs OpenCL).

Note: components in the bold texts are the ones i want to upgrade. MY BUDGET HAS GONE UPTO 50-60K.
