31-40k Please Advise - PC Upgrade for heavy Visual FX .

I am looking to upgrade Motherboard / Graphics Card / SMPS of my current PC.

The components are as follows.

Processor - Intel i7 2600K @3.4Ghz
Motherboard - Asus P8H67-M Pro Motherboard
RAM - Corsair DDR3 16GB RAM
Graphics Unit - Sapphire ATI FirePro v4800 Graphic Card
Cabinet - Cooler Master 690 II Advance
SMPS - Corsair C*600 SMPS

Would appreciate your help... The PC will be used for softwares like Nuke / Houdini / MAYA / Realflow.

Everything is fine except motherboard. A Z77 board will allow you to overclock the CPU. Get Asus P8Z77 VLX. For GPU, I don't have much idea about workstation cards. It would be better if you mention the actual softwares you'll be using to determine if a Quadro will be better or a Firepro (CUDA vs OpenCL).

Some softwares are OpenCL based, some CUDA based and some support both. YOu should check benchmarks for all and then decide based on the priority of softwares.

Note: components in the bold texts are the ones i want to upgrade. MY BUDGET HAS GONE UPTO 50-60K.
