Please can someone help me solve this puzzle ?

It is Hades in the picture, and the son the puzzle refers to is Cerberus (He works for Hades as his watchdog). Have you tried Cerberus ?

hades / pluto is the person there .....

the clue is ...son of she viper = cerberus , follows his rules = hades ...

ceberus is the dog of hades .... so its definitely not hades
 
it cant be that . dont have too many tries , it can be something indirectly related also . there were few questions which had no direct connection , like fastest man on earth's name and pic of ibm server . so find something like hades in pc world or linux :p
