Also, hows Asus build quality & ASS in Mumbai ? Also please comment on the battery life on this one 'cos its for a friend and he expects decent battery life...Atleast 3-4 hrs.
Also, pitch in with other options. Use is MS office & occasional Photoshop image work alongwith WiFi surfing for elongated periods. Thanks in advance !!

its kind of good at the price but would recommend 4 gb Ram for photoshop, the battery should last at least for ~ 2-3 hrs on this .

haven't used Asus a.s.s so can't comment but Rashi is somewhat notorious for their service.

Hey thnx for the replies...My budget is 28-30 k. Also kindly suggest me a wifi router since I intend to make my home wifi. I use a Hathway cable modem net connection.

Specifications are ok. I would also advice to add another 2Gb Ram if there is a slot available .

No GFX so gaming will be minimum .

Since you have to play with photoshop, I'd suggest you to go with a bigger screen, i.e. 15.6 inch.
