Planned build will feature a 7600X and 4070 Ti Super.

Based on my research the best choices are:

1. MSI MAG A750GL/A850GL PCIE 5.0 ATX 3.1 (7 year Warranty)
2. Corsair RM750E ATX 3.0 (7 year Warranty)
3. Super Flower Leadex III Gold 850 Watt PCIe 5.1 (BK) Power Supply SF-850F14HG (10 year Warranty)
4. Gigabyte Aorus GP-AP750GM (10 year Warranty)

Last two won't come with the 12VHPWR cable. Also a bit concerned with actually availing the warranty on the Super Flower in case I have to. I called PrimeABGB to ask about it and they told me I'd have to mail it to Delhi. Meanwhile I have service centers for the other 3 in my city(Mumbai).

I read a lot of reviews, but it's honestly just confusing me more.

Please help.

Go with the Corsair RM750e ATX 3.0 (7 year Warranty). It's the best among the ones mentioned and in my experience, RMA has always been smooth with Corsair if any problems arise in the future.

Just make sure it is the latest model i.e. CP-9020262-IN and not the CP-9020248-IN. Both of them are available on PrimeABGB so make sure you check the serial number before buying.

I have the gigabyte Aorus one with me u sing since last 2+ yrs infact have used gigabyte PSUs in last 7+ yrs, from bronze to these gold one's which got famous as "the Bomb" but it never failed on me so i have a very good experience with gigabyte PSU and also with their RMA.
Also been using a coolermaster 850w Gold which is 7+ yrs old now.
as you are buying a new one then obviously go with ATX 3.0 one's even though there are separate cables also available for older version PSU's but new one would be good for future use.

Corsair is a good bet for plus, have 4 of them and have been using for about last 12 years with the oldest one i have rm750x which is about 8 years old and still runs my 9700x +4070ti system.
